About
A founder who has paid the tuition — so you do not have to.
I am a builder before I am a mentor. Every framework I share has been stress-tested by a payroll, a board, a failed company, and the hard years in between.
Why This Exists
Most entrepreneurs do not fail because they lack ideas.
They fail because they are underprepared for the hidden battles:
- Hiring the wrong people.
- Trusting without verifying.
- Delegating without accountability.
- Raising money without understanding the consequences.
- Growing too fast without systems.
- Ignoring their health until their body breaks down.
- Letting stress, fear, ego, or desperation make decisions for them.
LIM was created to be the mentor I wish I had earlier. A place for raw truth, practical guidance, founder lessons, personal development, and strategic support for entrepreneurs who want to build something meaningful without destroying themselves in the process.
